Hi, I've never been to Philly, but plan on coming up labor day weekend. I'm looking for a cool club to go to on Saturday night. Something with maybe some house music, R&B, dance music, etc. I'd LOVE some suggestions, as I dont' know anyone up there! Thanks!

Hi everyone. First I'd like to thank everyone for their entertaining posts! I just have a few questions, I am taking my boyfriend up to NYC for his b-day. I need some good club suggestions, and what do New Yorkers wear to go out? I'm from DC, and I'm SURE it's different....don't want to look like a dork! Recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Also, I'm taking him to "The Garage" for dinner (in Greenwich). Any thought/comments on that? He likes a good steak dinner, and they seem to have a great atmosphere, and steak that I can afford..if you know what I mean. Anyway, thanks again!

Coming up to NYC this weekend! Woohoo!! Looking for a cool lounge to hang at that does not cost $$ to get in, and where people dance. Music? Either hip hop, R & B or some funky house. Not sure what it's called, but I'm sure someone out there does.. ;-) Thanks!!

Hi, me and my 2 friends are visiting NYC this weekend, coming up tonight (Hollaaar!) and have no clue as to where to go. Any suggestions? We are all F's in their 20's and like house, techno, r&B. Just in case it matters, I am hispanic and my friends are half japenese, half american. I've been to NYC before, but with family, so that doesn't count. I want to show my friends who are coming from CA a good time. I've heard Webster Hall on Thursday is good? Ladies night? So far that's all I got. ANY help would be great appreciated... or if you're bored and want to hang out with some fun people, let me know!

I'm from DC, and have a friend and her sister flying in from CA to party in NYC this Thursday. I come up to NYC all the time, but usually go to bar type places, since my NYC friends that live up there are bar people. BUT, my CA friends, that's a different story. We are 3 girls, low to upper 20's trying to find some good dance clubs that won't break our bank. I know some clubs have women in free before a certain time, some have guest lists, etc. My question, what's the best club out there for the best price? I see a bunch of clubs on the guest list, but have NO clue as to which ones are better. Could I get some suggestions? We like dance, house, hip hop, etc. A club that had variety would be great as well. Thanks!!
