well i just got it this month and so far i dont know a thing about DJing do u know anything i can learn off of?

i like dance, trance, techno music. is there a category for that? for ex. one name that would describe those styles? When i bought my decks the seller said that he used them in clubs. and he said that its proffesional equipment. Also my Mixer is profesional (at least thats what DJ's told me.) Anyways correct me if i am wrong. and thanks for your advice.
