downtown at the moment is hotter than south beach all agreed? but do you think nocturnal will shoot its load within the next couple of months maybe give them a year or 2 ,, but they wayyyyyyyyyyy overspent in building it ,,, the feedback i have been getting is its only "ok" and for what they spent i think "ok" reviews results in failure....they didnt set any new trends,, they simply followed what everyone else is doing ,, yes the design is nice but once the novelty wears off what does it have to make you keep going ,,, club space is huge and yet they only have 1 good night a week.... those venues are too big for both to survive .... i will look foward to see what happens .........

south beach isnt about the music anymore , its too comercialized you see the developments in the biscayne corridor, the design district , brickell , downtown is a good hub for clubs at the moment ,, when will people have the foresight to see that area for entertainment purposes? look at NYC for example greatest city in the world but the clubs arent even close to what they used to be , like sobe its about bottles and wannabees ,, what miami needs is not a nocturnal full of cheese but a venue that caters to a music orientated crowd,, away from everything
