Hip-hop scene. I am over 21. dress up or down it doesn't matter. I will be with my husband.

I am going to be in LA on July 1st. Can anyone recommend me to the hottest/trendy night club and how to get in? I am also going to be in Vegas as well from July 2 through July 5th any suggestions.
