He's been a fellow Cafe Japone patron, as well as a promotor for his own friday night parties. ======================================= dj chrisk dj chrisk. is a seasoned dj hailing from the san fernando valley. A musician since childhood, he was one of many that had written off electronic music as a soulless noise; but in 1998, he began to attend raves, during which time he caught the drum and bass bug. in 1999, chrisk started djing with no real aspirations and became a part of the drum and bass scene as an attendee and promoter. In 2001, he completed his first demo cd, and has released several others since then, both solo and collaborative. ======================================= Jon Carpenter At the tender age of 17 he was introduced to the Rave scene in the Baltimore/DC area. Frequenting various clubs such as the Paradox (Fever), Nation (Buzz) and events like Starscape (UltraWorld), he became hooked on house music. Currently residing Belgium, with a new cd release coming soon, a new online radio show, and beginning the early stages of his own production, the future is looking bright. Jon Carpenter is reaching his third continent, and he's only getting started. His track selection, smooth mixing, and ability to rock the dance floor has become popular with clubbers and is quickly gaining more support. ======================================= This is DC’s hottest way to close out a weekend.
