roha3000 Posted April 22 Report Share Posted April 22 My liver and I have been friends for as long as I can remember. He is a good liver and has always done right by me. Every now and then he enjoys a nice drink or two to drown his sorrows. Lately, however, he says that I have been abusing him. He can hardly get a moments rest before I bury him in a variety of alchohols. He now says he is fed up with me and doesn't want me to drink anymore. He won't even talk to me until I agree not drink. What am I to do people? This is a personal crisis I am having. I can't have my liver remain upset with me. He is my best friend.Anyone have any suggestions? You would think if your liver cannot take too much alcohol, you would stop drinking....good luck, and I hope your liver doesn't shut down on you one day....they're hard to find, you know. Hmmm....sounds like there is some personal quarrel going on in this thread. Anyway, in trying to stick to the topic here, Sassa, we need to think outside the box here. Livers are a pesky bunch. They can sometimes be quite difficult to understand. For example, my liver knows I need him right now, so he isn't treating me so well.
