Recommended Posts

Going to gnc this weekend and i'm still deciding what to take... i've taken creatine serum which i don't think worked too well... i've taken creatine pills... and bought ripped fuel last month but realized i didn't like it... but i've been hearing about cell tech and how good it is... if any body has any info on it let me know.

Basically you are paying for the "GREAT" name of Muscle-tech. its no better of a product than any other quality creatine including prolab...I've tried cell-tech for 11 weeks straight and thought it was a waste of money. Muscle-tech=Rip off. :biggun:

Ok, let me break this down. Cell-tech is essentially creatine plus carbs (a lot of unnecessary carbs I might add, 75g per serving!!!) and some nutrients. If you mix high quality creatine with grape juice, you'll be just as well off. Trust me on this. Go to Elitefitness.com and do a search on the messageboards for celltech. I'm not the only one who thinks it's a waste (an overpriced waste!)

it tastes like ass i rather take a lil 5 grams of creatine 3 to 4 times a day then 2 big scoops of that nasty tasten sh1t nitro tech is a good protein tho but its expensive as fuk so i suggest get the cheapest creatine and cheapest protein and just pretty much od on it lol well take it ill u can't take it any more and if u lift enough u shall see results but no mircales on that stuff alone it will take a good year or 2 to pack on the pounds

Cell tech is the biggest waste of money.

I agree with shook. I took 5 grams of gnc creatine twice a day with grape juice for 8 weeks and I saw some good results.

Don't think that if you take it you are gonna get big.

You gotta diet and work out right. Those things are just supplements, without the base of a good workout and diet, you are just wasting your money and time.
