Hey, I go to school at BU and figured I'd drop you a line. So here are some great restaurant ideas:

Charlie's on Newbury: American bar/grill type food. Excellent chilli. Located on the corner of Newbury & Gloucester [pronounced 'gl-ow-ster' much to my phonetic surprise]. You can take the Green Line to Hynes Convention Center and that places you at the 'top' of Newbury Street. B, C, and D trains on that line will all take you to that stop.

Luccia's: Italian food in the North End. Its amazing. Take the Green Line [or the Orange Line depending on which access is easier] to the Haymarket Station and then walk to Hanover Street. Luccia's is at the end of Hanover, you have to pass most of the other restaurant and the world famous Mike's Pastries [where you should stop for dessert].

Legal Seafoods: Multiple locations, tourist mecca, I'm not a fan because I don't eat seafood but from what I've heard they have decent other food.

There are various other restaurants, such as Stefanie's on Newbury [same as Charlie's] that are completely wonderful and fabulous and some of the best restaurants in the city are those you stumble upon.

So have fun, take care, and the Orange line will take you to Chinatown :)

Have fun!
