Curls with dumbells are great for biceps. Depending on how you hold your hand, you can work diff. areas of the arm.

Also pushups are very good. But you have to hold your hands pointing outwards in order for it to work.

For the stomach, stick with situps, squeezing in and exhaling as you sit up, inhaling and releasing as you sit back...

My shoulders are naturally broad, so i can't help ya there :cool::tongue:
