DINO nYc Posted August 20 Report Share Posted August 20 Taken off of ADB, thanks Frankie, Barry Gilbey and Sara Whittaker-Gilbey aka Mara, responsible for some high quality dance beats like “Stripped Beats EP†(Choo Choo), “Turning It On†(White) and “Heretic†(Akademia Recordings) are taking their Mara Soundsystem (as well as solo Gilbey gigs) on the road for some select US dates. Comprising of a decks, effects and samples formula, the Mara Soundsystem is unique in that is also includes live ad-lib vocals from the much lauded Sara Whittaker-Gilbey. Having already caused a stir in Asia this summer, the duo are likely to repeat this process on this US mini-tour.
