pumavisor808
Check out this bad boy... I think I'm glad I waited to buy cdj-1000's....
xdjcalvinx
whats the price on that unit $1000? each one?
pumavisor808
They're saying $999.00 suggested retail. So the street price should be under that. They don't have all the specs up on their website though. I was planning on getting the 1000's, now I might have to wait till these are out! djbounce
 You people still don't get it...why spend $1000 on _ONE_ cd player that's supposed to emulate a turntable, when you can have _TWO_ Technics 1200s for _LESS_ money and get _BETTER_ sound??
djklutch
the booth at factory downstairs has 3 technics and 2 cd j1000's...i fuck around wit them on fridays when i dj,they are pretty accurate and are like turntabless but there defff more related to the hip hop dj rather then a house dj....dj bounce is right u should just invest in 1200's u can NEVER go wrong wit technics . . . > > SaL kLuTcH
pumavisor808
Already got the Technics... I'm using shitty cd players now though and need to upgrade depserately. I'm now looking at the pioneer cdj 1000's/800's or the new denon 9000. It's a pain in the ass deciding what to waste my money on!
djmattreid
i just tried out the 800's at the expo in ac, liked them alot, they dont have all the featuers that the 1000s have but for the price they werent that bad. it has the loop feature like the 3000 (emergency loop) but u can change the loop from at 2 count to an 8 count. also the cd player sounds just as good as the 1000 and has the same scratcking feature. personally i think the 800s dial for scratching is little bit smoother than the 1000.check it out
