Can't wait What was up with that live drummer anyway? he set his shit up and walked away for about 30 minutes...came on and played for about 3 minutes and really low...couldn't hear him play at all.....get me up there! I was looking for him the whole night trying to ask him to let me play....shit, I would have jammed on those timbales(without messing up the DJ as he tries to beatmatch )I'm gonna try and make it out tonight, guys. That would be fun....I don't think it's appropriate to always have live percussion going on with a dj but it sure does sound cool when the live drumming comes together with what the dj is spinning....all there is to consider are the levels of the dj and the drums(make sure one's not louder than the other) and eye contact with the dj so the dj could signal the drummer to stop jamming when he's trying to beatmatch...anyways, I'm rambling...I'll try to go tonight...last week was cool and you played a nice set Craig.peaceSean Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
