Lola:D Yeaaah...tastes like crap...but it makes u feel great...kinda silly due to the seratonin in it, but energized and not jittery at all. Good stuff. For now I just take a hydoxycut or two in the morning to get my day going if I need it and not even that...trying to work out now w/o that stuff. Just eating right, 5-6 times a day and working out a lot...a few of my friends and I are trying that Body For Life thing now actually....so far so good...I think anyways...lol...anybody here tried that (Body 4 life) by any chance?
