weyes Posted October 25 Report Share Posted October 25 simple one for today: the "5 a day for better health" suggestion(applying to fruits and veggies) is a good one to live by . besides the vitamins, antioxidants, and stuff that can just seem like numbers, it just feels good to have that hydration and crunch. and it can get one out of the heavy, greasy food rut that can just make one feel bogged down and sluggish. this is just my statement today because i've been eating more veggie/fruit matter and feeling so much livlier and healthier overall; i highly recommend it !tune in tomorrow.
