In search of some good house music for this weekend, any recommendations?

Crobar is always happening on sobe@ the cameo theatre!!!

Opium is also an incredible venue w/house music!

the there is the mekka of house music "SPACE" in downtown!

Sat Space is definitely the place to go check out. But just whatever you do avoid Coconut Grove like the plague, it is lower then shit and ghetto as f*ck.

Ok, here's the lineup for me this weekend:

Friday: Check out Spin for the first in a while, any other suggestions?

Saturday: Go to Luna to see Ivano, then Jail to see Lavosdeldiablo, then of course to Space till Sunday afternoon like always.

Sunday: Ater Space, Union Lounge. Gaby Fain plays great house IMP. Awesome place to chill after the patio. Gonna go all out and hit Nikki Beach. Cedric really gets me moving, you will see a huge group of us dancing by the VIP area that is behind the DJ. From time to time one of the indian girls will come over and dance with us. Maybe make a guest appearance at Prive.

Monday morning: Drag my ass to work in Pembroke at 8:30 am......DON'T CALL ME OR BOTHER ME!!! *lol*

damn, I used to hold a simmilar schedule a couple of years ago though my weekend started on Wednesdays @ BED, Crobar on Thursdays, and Fridays was Tantra and Crobar. You couldn't beat me. LOL :D

Opium an incredible venue? Since when?

Spin's worth a look on Fridays, but just for a decent crowd really and to keep Biz in Biz If there's a guest DJ on Fridays, go for it it's usually someone really good like Omid, Saeed and Palash, or Lee Burridge.

Luna on Saturdays? Well for food I guess...but I'm a cheap bastard for food, so I usually hit up Tokyo Bowl for sushi or Jerry's Deli...which none of you have bothered to join me for despite repeated calls, you know who you are So my advice for the budget traveller on a Saturday is Jerry's Deli, followed by crobar (if they have a guest, otherwise, forget it), or go to Spin and then to Space.

Sundays, I couldn't agree more about the Sunday School party...Gaby's a friend of mine and is one of Miami's "underground" DJs that nobody knows about yet...

As for Nikki Beach, my logic is, go home and rent a porno and play a GU CD in the background...same thing and the girls do what they're paid to do...not like the girls at NB...
