But I can tell you this. I pass by 23rd street on a regualr basis and I can tell you nothing has been happening with Lola/Nerve yet. No construction or renovation of any kind going on. In fact, their mailbox is overflowing. I don't think anyone has shown up to that place in a while. Let's hope the new owners get it in gear. Only 45 days to go...
