Question is, why are you going there offseason? If it's for sightseeing, you can accomplish that in one day. You should go to Mallorca instead and take a day trip to Ibiza by ferry. If it's for clubbing, my mind is hazy but I think Pacha is the only club that operates year-round on the island.
