obby Posted March 11 Report Share Posted March 11 MIAMI -- Miami Mayor Manny Diaz is looking to put a stop to an upcoming music festival because he believes there is too much illegal drug use. Diaz (pictured) is petitioning members of Bayfront Trust not to issue a license to the Ultra Music Festival, which is scheduled to take place at Bayfront Park on March 22. Diaz says while the music and dance party attracts 30,000 people, about half of them take illegal drugs like Ecstasy at the festival. He also says a large portion of the crowd is under 18.
