People are just followers, try leading for once and take a trip over to The Greek Isles to Mykonos ,or even any costal town in Spain, besides Ibiza and you'll see theres more to the dance culture than the WMC, too commerical for my taste... Also for everyones information, in Spain, on the coast, most all bars and clubs all play the same "summer songs" all summer long. They are not dance songs, more like pop music. Real cheesy. Everyone sings them and every club plays them at the same time, over and over. They will even play the same song in an hour. You can find good parties here and there and barcelona and madrid have their own scene, but the "scene" is no where as large as it is here. Oh that's it!! Ibiza is large, conference is large. large equals large bills. large bills equals large commercialism. So if you don't like big things then go to small things, which are not here in Miami. Conference has been around for what, 15 years now. If it was still small after 15 years then someone is not doing there job correctly, I think.In closing, conference is over rated for what? A small vibe? Go to a small party and you can get a great, all about the music, hands in the air, body jackin' good time and forget about the whoping $20 you paid to hear the dj('s) that fly in from some other city or country for our listening enjoyment. enough clowning around for me.
