djmikedr Posted March 26 Report Share Posted March 26 In just keeping it simple:(I'm comparing to last year)PROS:Potty Lines: Never waited more than 3 minutes.Water: Never waited more than 3 minutes AND $4 for 24oz is better than $5 for 16oz!FOOD: Alot of choices (if/when you need to eat)CONS:BAGS: This was REALLY a major PAIN in the ASS (there just are some personal items a female really needs at times) <not mine>CAMERAS: NO Cameras!?!? (I'm thinking it was due to security... NO!!! So they can SELL their own fucking Cameras!!)LINEUP: (my opinion) Only wanted Picotto and PvD and they were both at the same time.*** VIBE: The "dryness" of the Miami situation in my opinion really hampered the overall vibe this year. This was my third time seeing them and they played a really pounding set. Karl was in his usual great form, singing and flailing around. And Rick is getting really, really fucking good with his new mixing board and computer system setup. Hopefully they come around again soon. VERY MINIMAL compared to last year!!!as for the lineup, there was some tents that were behing or ahead, whatever you wanna call it!!!as for security and undercovers- i guess i was in the right place at the right time!!!! the only heat i felt was the overall tempature of the friggen place!!! Couldnt cool off anywhere!!!! but they did open up the downstairts bathrooms that they had closed last year!!!! its somewhere to relieve yourself but NASTY!!! well what could you expect, its a rave!!!!but i would have to disagree on the vibe of the place, i did see lots of people dancing, i can recall when tiesto was finishing his set, and he had everyone movin in a frenzy, but who knows, maybe it was the shoomz!!!!!BIGGEST DOWNER OF ULTRA 5They closed off the amplitheatre and i fawkin missed underworld!!!! :( oh well Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
