tinybutterfli
ugh... tomorrow should be fun. I just got this email from my office manager (btw, heads up for those that work near 18th & M, NW)**********There will be an antiwar protest in the area of our building on Friday, beginning at noon. Although no one anticipates any violent outbursts, these things are unpredictable. An additional security guard will be posted near the front doors. Also, if it becomes necessary, the building management will lock the front doors and the elevators.************I'll take pics of the ladies for Zags & Reval

Ya, know I was hoping it wouldn't snow, but now I hope it does... this was actually last Friday. A few of them gathered in front of our building.. apparently the law firm that Dick Cheney use to work for is on the 2nd floor. WTF? Like they care if you protest...Anyhow they linked arms and you had to push your way through to get out from in front of the building. There were more press people out there than protesters. It lasted for like 20 minutes then they were gone. I don't know if they got hauled away or suddently realized how ridiculous this was
