I hate cardio now but I do it if I have to.Back in the day I used to bring my mountain bike down the shore in Seaside and every Saturday afternoon that summer I'd ride from Seaside to Pt. elementx Posted May 8 Report Share Posted May 8 I hate doing indoor cardio. Summertime I always bring my bike down by the shore... On weekends I will ride between 30 and 40 miles per day. On the weekdays that I dont go to the gym I will ride my bike 15 - 20 miles before I head out to work... I love riding. It clears the brain of stress..
