As for boobs, there's really nothing you can do about it......a lot of fat is stored in the boobs, so they're usually among the first to go! Some people say doing chest exercises might give them a little boost, but for me it did nothing....

Small boobs are sexy though!

I have the one with Marie Winsor....it's a GREAT routine....it comes with a beginner and intermediate video...

It goes so quick, and lemme tell you - it's GREAT for butt/thighs/stomach....

Congrats! That's really great :) I wish there was some way to lose weight without losing it in your boobs too. :( I don't have much there to begin with.

I want to get down to 125 too. I miss ice cream so much:blown:

But I hate having all this extra weight. I think I gained about 15 or more lbs since I graduated college and started sitting at a desk all day. it sucks!
