Over the past year, we have taken the area's finest local DJ's and created New York City's largest network of local talent in electronic music. No politics. No bullshit. Over 135 DJ's have played our Tuesday party at Sin Sin, and every single one of them played willingly, for free. We owe a serious debt of gratitude to everyone who has played our party, and also extreme thanks to the people who come out on a regular basis to support the amazing local talent New York has to offer. You are the ones who make our events successful! This week is Truly a cause for celebration. Tuesday, June 10th, will kick off our week long birthday celebration with four amazingly talented guests and really kick ass drink specials: 9pm – 11pm FREE Rheingold Beer and $4 well mixed drinks. Then on Thursday we celebrate our anniversary again at Filter 14! We are bringing in some of our standout guests from past Tuesday nights to rock it for you in one of New York's premier venues for dance music. It’s going to be an amazing night of music with a live PA, an awesome tag team duo and extremely talented DJs touching on genres including house, progressive, tech-house, techno, breaks & UK garage.. plus a few surprises.**A limited supply of homegrown t-shirts will be available at the low, low, low cost of $5 a piece at both events.**>>Tuesday, June 10th @ Sin Sin<< **Special Guests Alert**Luis DiazBorn in Medellin, Colombia, raised in urban New Jersey, and adopted by Miami, Luis Diaz represents American DJ Culture. His history stems from DJ'ing at New Jersey high school gymnasiums, and residencies in every Miami hot spot to his highly respected residencies at Twilo, NYC and Shadow Lounge, Miami. Luis has reaped many well-deserved rewards, but his hunger to grow is unstoppable with his hard work producing tracks with partner Ariel Baund as Aquanuts releasing Deep Sea on Manga Beat, and their remix of Van M and Leed's More on John Digweed's Bedrock label. Luis Diaz has boarded his own and real groove jet spinning deep banging grooves to dance clubs globally.Iman RizkyBred on house beats stemming from the early 80s, Iman Rizky absorbed the transcendental musical experience every weekend at Red Zone, The Tunnel and Limelight’s Disco 2000. With this in mind, Iman was able to experiment in developing his own unique sound. As a result, a level of maturity has arisen in his performance. As the likes of his mentors, Junior Vasquez, Paul Van Dyk, Sasha & John Digweed, Iman is the Master of Ceremony leading his audience on a thrilling and ravishing roller-coaster ride. The momentum begins with perpetual and groovy progressive house/break beats, stylistically layering it with melodic sounds, driving towards some amazing and beautiful progressive vocals with a trip into deep, dark tech-house. Building on this continuous cycle of higher peaks and lower valleys, Iman's musical performance solidly elevates the mind, penetrates the body and satisfies the soul.
