thepulse Posted June 12 Report Share Posted June 12 probably not good to combine with drinking first of all, second 4 is way too many, most of all of the ephedrine related deaths are from people taking more than recommended amounts. Third, you were probably running your body into the ground all weekend, lowering your immunity, not to mention the shitty weather, smoke filled club that was probably with a few sick patrons as well, trying to tough it out for the sake of partying. djfrankie Posted June 12 Report Share Posted June 12 pseudoephedrine, which is a synthetic form of ephedra, is the most wodely used nasal DECONGESTANT (check any over-the-counter sinus med.). aim4night Posted June 12 Report Share Posted June 12 well popping 4 pills at once is not good for your heart or liver. as for it giving u flu like symptoms that's not likely. u r over party-ing and your body is telling u that. detox yourself w/lots of vitamin c juices. try a liquid diet for a day or 2. good luck!!
