neptune1
pretty decent performance at Irving Plaza (but nowhere near as good as Halloween 1997 at Hammerstein Ballroom)... It seemed perry farrell was really enjoying himself, a lil tipsy on "this and that", but having a blast nonetheless... Props to him, Stephen Perkins - and Dave Navarro was incredible, really talented! A lot of new songs I've never heard, but a few of the classics that made my night:StopThree DaysOcean SizeSummertime RollsJane SaysOverall, I'm happy I had the chance to see, again, IMO the greatest band to come out of the 80s, 90s, and till today... Maybe it seemed longer because we were smushed between large guys with gas problems for about 3 hours? I guess it was worth it if you're a fan, but that was not worth my $30. I'm still pissed that I didn't sell my ticket to that kid outside for a $250.
