Alternating your workouts (adding more weight training to cardio based workouts and vice versa) and/or combining different excercises/machines will balance your body and enhance results. After that, try gradually increasing intensity. If you still aren't satisfied look at your diet, you may need to cut or add some calories. Side Note: Significantely reducing your caloric intake will eventually provoke your body to store fat for energy. And adding a few hundred more to a strict diet can actually cause your body to burn more.
