fliptoniaaa Posted July 17 Report Share Posted July 17 do u have a nice chunk of change saved for this move?????If u can buy something buy it anywhere.....the plus of having any property down here is that property value never goes down.....just keeps climbing up up and away....so if u can buy a 1 bedroom condo in a descent wherever place do it....u can sell it a year later and have some moneys to move closer to where u want to be.....and anywhere u live in south florida theres something going on.....so dont get caught up in that...u dont really have to be that close to where the nightlife is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!theres something everywhere....no matter where we live we seem to make it to the parties anyways!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well I have about 2 grand saved, but I think the smartest thing is to be close to wherever I am working so I just need to get a location and its vicinity in order and go from there. Funny thing is, I did a mapquest search on the places I looked at and figured anything more than a 25 minutes away from Space or Maze is too far (seeing as though that's how long it takes me to get from my house to downtown driving on a good day here).
