The pronunciation in German of the letter "Y" is "oepsilon" When reciting the alphabet. Unlike ours of "WHY" When the oepsilon is used in conjection of two consonants it actually keeps the "oe" sound as of that in English of 'OO" or "UH." And since Vs are pronounced as "fow" and an A is pronouced "ah" the proper pronunciation in German of Paul Van Dyk would be Paul Fawn Dook.
