I had the pleasure of hearing Mike for almost 4 hours when he did a guest spot for us @ Merge. Though there werent many people in the house, the music was top noth. This kid played as if there were 2,000 people in the place. Also...the Mike Bugout CD is off the hook.I would have to say it is right up there with the Joe Giorgio CD. A piece of advice to everybody...make an attempt to make it down to Platinum for his residency. I myself will be making a trip to Platinum to hear this truly talented individual. I havent stopped listening to it since Friday night. It even got me a ticket on Route 37 Toms River, i was so into the music, i forgot there was a speed limit. BUT....I have listened to his MetroMix Radio broadcasts, previously on Wednesday's from 4-7pm, NOW.... beginning this week they will be live on Thursdays. HE IS PHENOMENAL, skills, track selection...FLAWLESS EVERYTIME! He is definitely going places and definitely 150% worth checking out.
