TeenLate.com's 1st Annual Choice for Best Back to School Party!

Tomorrow: Sunday!

TeenLate.com, your destination for all ages party, announces its Choice for Best Back to School Party, the 4th Annual Los Angeles Art & Music Festival (L.A.A.M.F) featuring Doc Martin and Raul Campos tomorrow.

Tonight, we attended day one of this 2-day party and were blown away by how incredible this all ages party is.

It is an approximately 3/4 - 1 mile long block party, in the style of New York City block parties, in a huge wide warehouse street in the middle of Downtown LA starting under the historic 4th Street Bridge. The cover is $7 for all day.

Stage 1 - Rock and roll (like "Rainbow" on the Sunset Strip)

Mini Station 1 - House

Mini Station 2 - House (Probably the best house we've heard in ages tonight)

Headline Stage - House

Stage 3 - Performance Music

The event features a 21 and over drinking section next to the headliner stage plus exceptional and reasonably priced chinese food.

With the exception of the poor attendance early evening tonight, we give this event 5 stars. The music is exceptional. The location makes you feel like you are on the back lot of a movie studio. Only problem - locating the venue. Best to take 10 freeway, exit Alameda, right on 4th, and cut back down to the location. Print mapquest because you can't get to Santa Fe Street from all locations.

Enjoy!

This party was in-cred-ible!

Imagine your favorite LALate Warehouse party....

Then add a Sunday evening (with significant improvements over the Saturday operation) ...

Expand it over a 3/4 mile stretch....

and ....

throw in a ton of friggen hottest 18 and over people groovin their booties off ...

And you have a GREAT PARTY!

If you missed this, hit up the next big LALate or TeenLate Warehouse party ... one coming in just a few weeks from now.

This party rocked. If you think places like the Highlands has people who luv to dance and have fun, that is NUDDIN' to what these warehouse parties offer.
