oldtimer
i was there over the summer for two nights... everyone kept saying to go to the landing and the red room.. so that's where we went. It wasn't bad the landing had a band playing downstairs in the patio and a dj up on the second floor who spun everything like hiphop, trance and guns n roses. As for the red room... i dont really remember that place.. way too drunk.. newport is nice though you'll definitely have fun at the landing. pace

It's the off season now, so everything is a lot slower, but Newport's great, I've lived there for years and probably will never leave. I guess the bum used to go to the factory all the time, but he started hanging out with some guy named Evan who totally corupted him. He lost his job, and he's been living in the alley behind the factory for about a year now. People call him the sound factory troll now, but I think that's kind of mean.
