weyes Posted October 12 Report Share Posted October 12 it's a good idea to ease into dancing on the dancefloor. you'll have more staying power throughout the night and be less likely to cramp up. and one shouldn't attempt to dance all the way from beginning to end; being all danced out when the music's really good sucks . so take it easy to last all night !tune in tomorrow.
