djresident Posted October 22 Report Share Posted October 22 roxy sucks cause they're connected to a hotel and thus can't 'turn up the bass' (literally). it's like being in someone's apt. afterhours and getting paraniod about the neighbors, except at a club and all the time.the system in the main room at venu is ok...on the other hand the back room system is really nice for a room that size, just not a lot of room to dance.pulse is just plain loud. haven't been to therapy yet. ras67 Posted October 22 Report Share Posted October 22 errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. i thought we were done with this conversation.... i NEVER said roxy had a good system. they DID just get a smoke machine, snow machine and new lazers tho x, come check it out again therapy is by far a better sound system.... just cuz you are sketched out by the crowd (they are not pure, wholesome people like the ones you usually hang out with stymie) doesnt mean they dont have the most kickin system. and dont forget about rio/tilt.... they definitely had a steller system.
