weyes Posted November 13 Report Share Posted November 13 when a rainstorm hits l.a., it's the top story on the news. i'm not kidding. well, it is true that when it rains here, it pours, but is it really all that newsworthy? we in l.a. spend most of our time getting into, out of, and sitting in our cars, or indoors. so, really, the only reason why it's such a big deal is that it disturbs our driving patterns (see today's wisdom of the day ).i, as an l.a. resident, don't even own an umbrella. what about you?
