njstacked2 Posted December 12 Report Share Posted December 12 Please do not take offense to this....but I love people who drop the name NoBu and have never been there...hahaha...They do NOT have the best sushi...maybe most expensive but certainly not the best....Trust me...when my brother was an Investment Banker for Solomon Smith Barney...he would take me there once a week...because it was across the street from the Travelers Building...and his group had a standing reservation there every night for their clients...I lived with him in the city my junior year of college while interning with a Venture Capital firm...So I know what I am talking about...Sushi Samba I will agree is excellent Sushi...Here are my top 5 choices... Yes...there are not many good Sushi restaurants in New Jersey.Because they have to go through a Sushi Grade Governmnet Controlled Freezing Process to kill all the bacteria...Most good restaurants in the city can avoid that process by serving fresh fish within a certain time span. Give me the scoop! well funny thing is i dont eat any seafood, so it's technically not "sushi" but i get vegetable rolls which are really good, and i like some other non seafood things, those arent scary dont worry:)JB was good, could of been better, matchbox was great and jayz but everone else i could of slept through, after party was insane!!! hung over at work now which sucks tho going out otnite?
