rs22b
i agree with you on all of that. as far as the ZF tranny goes, i had mine rebuilt at AAmco beleive it or not.Actually they are in Wayne, NJ on Rt. 23. The guys there are really good. They have worked on alot of specialty stuff and the owner owns and races a few vintage race cars. He also works on alot of the cars that come into the shop. SO they know what they are doin and how to work with them.If you look them up ask for Paul. Tell him Billy Petrow sent ya.billy
laraver
Hey - I was speaking to a guy in Clark, NJ who ran his Pantera at Watkins Glen. It seems that the only place the Ferrari's could even begin to catch up to this guys Pcar was in the very twistiest of the turns. On the straights he would put 6-7 car lengths between him and these Modena's trying to catch him. And then after the practice laps the Ferrari guys had the nerve to cry about how he wouldn't let them pass in the turns.Ferrari?Porsche?Detomaso! PANTERAS RULE!Just imagine it, a car that you can buy for between 20-30K that regularly spanks cars costing 250K+ and more.
