Or if your company is small...then that's fine too.But here....we do a grab bag, a dinner, a luncheon, and exchange gifts within people from the dept (( ex, sales exchanges with sales...design exchanges with design...etc )).That's not even counting any buddies you personally want to give to.COMPLETE BS!
