All of a sudden remote screen shot programs are being put on my hard drive by IT, and there are locked files all over the place. The level of computer proficiency around here is so redic! Once I called my assistant director and told her to cut and paste something onto letterhead for me while I was out sick. I came in the next day and she had physically printed, cut out, and taped the letter onto a piece of letterhead!
