njstacked2 Posted December 22 Report Share Posted December 22 You are lucky we are in a state of "No Inflationary Pressure"...or else you would not be keeping up with the inflation rate...and in reality making less money...since the price of goods and services would be more expensive relative to your salary...I would ask for at least a 5%-10% raise if is has been a year and you are above entry level...
