I'd never hire a 20 year old bartender.... the reality of it is while they really shouldn't... bartender are known to drink behind the bar... and to have someone under-age behind the bar is a huuuuuge liability.... most insurers require that anyone who even handles alchohol to be of legal drinking age... I know its perfectly legal......and maybe there are some people willing to take that chance....
