I didn't see what happened but I do know the bouncers at Diva are some of the most professional bouncers in the area. I've seen some idiot bouncers who have power trips like at Temps and some times at Docs, but never at Diva.. First off.. Your acting like the bouncer hit you or beat you in some way.. Maybe you might have thought the bouncer used a little extra force.. but this could have been discussed in a professional way before resulting in the bashing of a night which the promotors have done an excellent job building..As far as the waitress.. I do remember her with tears in her eyes because you were giving her a hard time. The girl was just trying to do her job.. She is required to give service to people sitting on the banquettes.. If you (Kosta) were admittedly beyond drunk and out of control then the Club/Bouncer can argue that you were endangering the safety of other patrons in the club... It might be amusing to you guys to throw around cold water but lets be realistic.. Lets argue it this way.... what if the water had hit another patron who was not amused and maybe a little crazier and more reckless than you??? You probably would have caused an all out brawl with your childishness...On the other end of the argument.. the bouncer could have simply asked everyone to leave instead CAUSING a confrontation... He's there to diffuse situations.. not provoke or intimidate customers .. Physical contact should always be a last resort and and a good bouncer knows how to get a guy up and out without choking a person...
