weyes Posted February 3 Report Share Posted February 3 for those new to l.a., get ready for more of this weather. february is chock full o' rain.ok, the forecast for this week is sunny, but the 3 weeks after that'll have to be rainy to make up for it !!! i've never sen a february that wasn't way too wet.but i pose this question: who, in this mostly sunny, car-dominated culture, actually owns an umbrella?** i've asked this before, but not in rainy season .
