1. nick warren for jon cowan's b-day on 3.10.04

(finally i was able to catch nick warren who was simply amazing. sick ass breaks and a super nice person. i have never seen so many people wanting to take pictures with any dj like that ever.)nick warren is a true legend and the best set of 2004 wmc for me!!

2. james holden for jon cowan's b-day party 3.10.04

if u peepz could only see this guy. shagy long black hair and a nose that would make howard stern proud. as soon as he got behind the decks he was wicked. dirty tech house and acid funk. with a twist of breaks. i loved when he played his own track "a break in the clouds" the club went insane.

3. matthew dekay 3.6.04 for the little mountain records party

so much energy from such a short person. an amazing producer and dare i say and even better dj. sick sick sick. deep and dark progressive grooves and when i say prog i mean quality prog.

4. steve porter 3.6.04 little mountain records party.

groovy, groovy, groovy, techy, breaks. tight ass mixing. got the club jumpin as soon as he got behind the wheels os steel.

5. getting a chance to meet nick warren. i first heard of this music largely in part to him when i bought the global underground 18 "amsterdam" this guy is magical behind the decks. he was so easy going and handled himself with such class. not to mention the music he was spinning was so intense and powerful. "way out west" true tastemakers of the breaky sound.

p.s. also all the fine ass chicks i met @ nerve for conference.
