Smaller children are more likely to take a brody over railings but the lil suckers bounce right back.Ortly doesn't have this Law because there are not multi level hotels in this town. The reason he almost was arrested so many times was because they (Seaside Heights Police Dept) feared his lunging would be confused with tumbling and go over the 5 year allowance.
