weyes Posted May 7 Report Share Posted May 7 while saying, "you look too young to be a grandmother!" used to be a compliment, in this day and age very often it's not taken as such, because the women to whom this comment is directed were teenage parents - of teenage parents. when this situation comes up, unless one knows the age of the woman to whom one is speaking, one should just keep quiet.tune in tomorrow.
