People from other countries are soo poor that their parents can't affor to by toilet paper so they use new paper instead. Atleast they use something..We used to be sooo poor that we would only have one fish, and a big bowl of rice, so we wiff at the fish and eat rice... making as if we were eating the fish and the rice at the same time.
