weyes Posted May 29 Report Share Posted May 29 wow - after tonight i have so many baking tips; i was thinking of doing a baking week! i'm going away for the next couple of days, though, so there'll be an interruption. but, here goes:waxed paper kicks ass. greasing your brownie pan or cake pan, then lining it with waxed paper, then greasing that makes removal so easy, it feels like cheating. sure, one could just grease the pan, but there's still sticking involved. this is as close as one comes to perfection .
