You have to watch what you eat, cause anything with fats, comes right out.......i would imagine you would you use into if you need to slim a couple pounds real fast for a model shoot, beach, competition, etc....its not healthy to take over long periods of time.......i.e. months or yearsexercise and good diet are the best ways to lose weight.....oh yeah, coke too....
