weyes Posted June 14 Report Share Posted June 14 someone not answering his/her cell phone doesn't necessarily indicate that s/he is screening his/her calls. one ought not take the not answering of the phone personally; sometimes people just don't feel like bothering with the telephone at all.tune in tomorrow.
